SMS (Telnyx toll-free verification)

Required before sending any SMS to U.S. mobile networks. See Getting Started → SMS provisioning for the submission walkthrough and rejection-reason fixes.

PII at rest

Customer documents (driver’s license, insurance card images) and OCR extractions are encrypted at rest with a per-tenant key.

Payments

CollisionLoop never custodies funds. Money flows directly from the customer to your connected payment account (Stripe, Square, iPOSpays, or your own Stripe keys). Disputes, payouts, and tax forms are managed inside your provider’s dashboard.
