Troubleshooting

• The pickup wizard says it’s stuck
• SMS not sending — check Settings → SMS provisioning for the current verification status. SMS only delivers to U.S. mobile networks once Telnyx returns Approved.
• Stripe payout delays — CollisionLoop only handles authorization and capture. Payout timing is controlled by Stripe; contact Stripe support for payout-specific questions.
• Email verification missing — check spam, then resend from Settings → Profile.
