2. Business details

The Business details page holds the tenant-wide settings that show up to customers — your logo, the short label that prefixes outbound texts, and the public Privacy and Terms URLs.

Where to find it

Settings → Business details

Owner-only.

Uploaded once. Shown in the shop shell header and on rental contracts and invoices. PNG or SVG, transparent background recommended.

Outbound SMS sender label

A short brand name prepended to every outbound text. Customers see Acme Body Shop: Your car is ready for pickup. Leave blank to fall back to your tenant name.

This label is also used by Telnyx as the brand-display name on the toll-free registration submission, so keep it consistent with the legal name on the SMS provisioning page.

Privacy and Terms URLs

Two required fields for Telnyx toll-free SMS verification, and also surfaced as clickable links in the renter-facing SMS-consent screen during contract signing. See Privacy & Terms URLs for the full requirements.

Locations

Locations are managed separately at Settings → Locations. Every shop has at least one location seeded during onboarding from your business address.

For each location, capture:

  • Name (e.g. “Main shop”, “North annex”)
  • Email — used as the send-from address on rental invoices
  • Phone
  • Physical address (street, city, state, ZIP)
  • Service area (free text)

Add more locations any time. Team members can be scoped to one or more locations so they only see customers, rentals, and vehicles at the sites they work from.
