The pickup wizard says it's stuck

The pickup wizard resumes from the last incomplete step every time you reopen it — you should never have to re-do completed work.

Common stuck states

”Continue” button is grey

The current step has a validation error — usually a required field is empty or unselected. Scroll up to see the inline message. Common causes:

  • Walkaround — you haven’t captured every required angle
  • Pickup readings — mileage is blank, or fuel level isn’t picked
  • Documents ready — a required document hasn’t been uploaded (DL front, insurance card, etc.)
  • Sign contract — the customer hasn’t completed the signing session
  • Hold deposit — amount is $0, or no payment provider is connected

Wizard reopens at the wrong step

Make sure you completed the final confirmation step at the end of the last attempt. If you exited before that, the rental is still in reserved status and the wizard will land on the first incomplete step (not done).

Network error or request timeout

Tap Retry. If it persists across multiple rentals, check Help in the app for incident notes, then contact support with the rental id (visible in the wizard footer).

Still stuck

Use Help → Contact support inside the app and include:

  • The rental id from the wizard footer
  • The step name where you’re stuck
  • A screenshot of the error
