CollisionLoop ships with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start — you only enter payment details if you choose to continue at the end of the trial.
What you’ll need
- A working email address (used for receipts, audit trails, and sign-in)
- Your shop’s legal business name
- Your shop’s physical address (used on rental contracts and for SMS toll-free verification)
Steps
- Go to collisionloop.com and click Start free trial.
- Enter your email and create a password (8 characters minimum).
- We send a verification email. Click the link to confirm your address — sign-in works without it, but a verified email is required before you can send invoices or invite teammates.
- You land on the in-app onboarding wizard at Welcome. Walk through the five steps in order: Welcome → Shop → Location → Brand → Sample.
What the wizard sets up

After the wizard
You land on the dashboard. From there, additional one-time setup tasks unlock at their own pace:
- Pick which products you use — CollisionLoop (body shop), FleetLoop (rental), or both
- Invite teammates
- Connect a payment provider (Stripe, Square, iPOSpays, or Stripe with your own API keys)
- Submit SMS toll-free verification through Telnyx

Troubleshooting
“Email already in use”. Someone may already have started an account with that address. Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page, or contact support if you need to merge accounts.
Email verification never arrived. Check spam, then resend from Settings → Profile. Verification is required before sending invoices.
What happens server-side after sign-up
- A tenant record is created with your shop name and URL slug
- A 30-day trial is started; the end date is shown on every billing surface
- The first user becomes the tenant owner — the only role that can manage billing, integrations, and tenant-wide settings
